The History of B dynamic
After working with a number of large corporations over many years, I realised there was a gap in the market for a promotional products provider with the ability to understand what the customer would like to achieve, rather than being product centric. B dynamic was established in 2005 to fill this gap and provide complete promotional marketing solutions to businesses.
We now enjoy working with a number of medium to large corporations, such as Johnson & Johnson and Dematic, as their preferred supplier for promotional merchandising and premiums.
Providing a premium service can be costly but maintaining competitive pricing is important to B dynamic. We have established solid relationships with a few quality manufacturers and quality assurance agencies in Asia, allowing us to provide products that meet expectations at a competitive price.
In 2008, our survival was challenged by the Global Financial Crisis, with most businesses slashing their marketing budgets. This also created an opportunity for us to look outside the box and seek new avenues for growth. Qantas Frequent Flyer store was looking for a reliable supplier to supply hammocks for their Frequent Flyer store. We managed to source hammocks from Mexico and became one of their suppliers. We are now one of the largest suppliers for a number of Australia’s premium loyalty programs.
The distribution arm of our company has grown rapidly over the last couple of years. We have signed up with a few international brands to distribute their products in our region. We are also working with a number of iconic brands to distribute their products to specialized channels.
Our New Zealand business was established in 2010, primarily to service the reward market. We are currently in the process of looking at other opportunities to grow into this market. As the world is becoming closer, the opportunities to branch into the global market are also increasing and so we are seeking pathways into the USA, Europe and Asia.
